We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper, and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Once your wine order has been delivered to the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes their responsibility. We are not responsible for wine that is damaged during shipment.
